How it Works

  • Pick a time.

  • Choose your workout.

  • Reserve your time slot at 240-355-5236.

  • After I’ve confirmed your time slot, make a payment through Zelle,Apple Pay,PayPal, or you may pay cash in person.

Location and Time Slots

  • Westside Park 7600 Maple Lawn Blvd, Fulton,MD 20759

  • Mondays: 5 am - 7 pm

  • Tuesdays: 5 am - 7 pm

  • Wednesdays: 5 am - 12 pm

  • Fridays: 5 am - 7 pm

  • Saturdays: 2 - 7 pm

  • If none of these time slots are convenient for you, please let me know a day and time that works best for you. I may be able to adjust my schedule to accommodate you.

Workouts and Cost

  1. Upper Body: 30 minute workout $40

  2. Lower Body: 30 minute workout $40

  3. Ab Burner: 15 minute ab workout $15

  4. Full Body Circuit Training: 30 minute workout $40

  5. HIIT workout: 30 minutes $40

    • All workouts include a one time 30 minute nutritional consultation and meal plan.

    Equipment I use: Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Body Pump Bar,TRX, Bosu, Swiss Ball, Bands, Battle Rope,Tubes,Medicine Balls, Agility Ladders and Hurdles.
