Pick a time.
Choose your workout.
Reserve your time slot at 240-355-5236.
After I’ve confirmed your time slot, make a payment through Zelle,Apple Pay,PayPal, or you may pay cash in person.
Location and Time Slots
Westside Park 7600 Maple Lawn Blvd, Fulton,MD 20759
Mondays: 5 am - 7 pm
Tuesdays: 5 am - 7 pm
Wednesdays: 5 am - 12 pm
Fridays: 5 am - 7 pm
Saturdays: 2 - 7 pm
If none of these time slots are convenient for you, please let me know a day and time that works best for you. I may be able to adjust my schedule to accommodate you.
Workouts and Cost
Upper Body: 30 minute workout $40
Lower Body: 30 minute workout $40
Ab Burner: 15 minute ab workout $15
Full Body Circuit Training: 30 minute workout $40
HIIT workout: 30 minutes $40
All workouts include a one time 30 minute nutritional consultation and meal plan.
Equipment I use: Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Body Pump Bar,TRX, Bosu, Swiss Ball, Bands, Battle Rope,Tubes,Medicine Balls, Agility Ladders and Hurdles.
